The Sauté/Sear setting has 2 temperature options, used for browning meats and sautéing aromatics before simmering. There is also a unique Low/Slow cook setting that allows 4 temperate settings from 140°F to 200°F for slow cooking. The 10” diameter large cooking pot accommodates large cuts of meats. The clear, tempered glass lid allows you to view the cooking process while the large resin handle can be used to stand the lid vertically to save space and prevent messes. The Multicooker has a 1,350 watt high-powered output and a large heating plate that provides even heating while the highest power output on the market allows for better cooking results. The recessed handle on the body is for easy transportation and storage convenience.
